David E. Young: They are now public news and debate forums.
Curm: If they're not your personal forums, what are they?
David E. Young: The forums have been moved, and are no longer my personal forums.
Curm: Apparently not. Probably due to inactivity
Curm: No more forums eh?
David E. Young: Done. Now xan you explain to me what you meant about your comments then, if it was not what it looked like?
Curm: Perverted? Huh? You have an interesting perspective on things my friend. Interesting indeed.Anywho, unblock me. Having to dig around for proxy servers all the time just to visit this place is a real pain in the rear. Come on. Chop Chop.
David E. Young: I don't understand what is friendly or informative in the hodgeodge you posted, but it looked rather perverted from this end, and this is a clean site under rules to stay so under its hosts and sponsors.
Curm: and why would you flag my ip for that? You are obviously easily offended, my friend. I was just trying to offer some constructive criticism in a humorous manner. Please unflag me.
Curm: I was clean. And I was just posting an interesting little tidbit I came across on the internet. Why you have to say I have poor taste is beyond me, and I wasn't trying to "not" be friendly
David E. Young: Curmudgeon, yourpoor taste pointless posts about child pictures pinky music have been deleted, and your IP banned. If you change IP and return, be clean and friendly.
David E. Young: Thanks, Paul. I'll keep that in mind :)
Paul: Hey there, nice page. The stars in the background are confusing at first, but I adapted quickly. Have a great one!
Nathalie: I noticed you like to sing! Would you like to join a webring dedicated to people who love singing? Drop by and sign up. Hope to see you later!

Kai: wow :) you sure live in a sunny place!

Sherry: Hope everything is going well.
Pika: Hey, could you tell me how to get teh Community Blog Ring link?
David E. Young: Thanks, Sherry! Most of my time today will be spent packing to move.
Sherry: Stopping in to wish you a happy humpday and ~good wishes~ your way for your job search...
David E. Young: When (and if) they are, the midi will sound fine. To make a comparrison, it is like blaming jpeg file format when a 150 pixel image is blurred at full screen. It is not jpeg format's fault. It is the file itself. Same with midi.
David E. Young: I dont much like that computerized sound either, but the songs I like are not available in better quality sound at this time yet.
David E. Young: It is not the MIDI format that you seem to not like as much as the computerized sound. That sound would be the same with flash for those files.
Curmudgeon: Ah, but "sketchy" flash audio is far better than the annoyingly artificial sounds of Midi. I'd say do away with it altogether.
David E. Young: Flash in scetchy at best when it comes to sound, and does not work well over dial-up connections. It also requires more cache room than a plain MIDI file does. Thanks for the suggestion.
curmudgeon: One word. Flash. the suggestion is get rid of the Midi.
David E. Young: I am curious what the suggestion is. I se you say MIDI is old, but I don't see you suggesting another form that takes less space and is used by all computers.
curmudgeon: A natural? well, midi is very 1994. Nobody uses it anymore and it annoys more than it pleases. Just a suggestion.
David E. Young: Thanks, QOG. I am trying to figure out what you are saying wuhoo about if you read my recent entries.
